The development and implementation team of experts works on the development and production of reliable modern engines for mobile as well as stationary applications.
Our own development department, which is equipped with the latest technology for measuring engine technical parameters, including the concentrations of emission gases in exhaust fumes, works intensively on the short-term and long-term goals of the Division. They work mainly to boost engine efficiency and to reduce the concentration levels of harmful emissions in exhaust fumes with regard to the current and future legislation limits.
The fulfilment of ever more strict economic and emissions criteria is also why the engine development programme explores the possibilities of using alternative fuels from renewable energy sources.
The production activities in the Engine Division of Tedom a.s. are supported by the latest NC and CNC machining technology. The continuous process to modernize production, its organization and sophisticated management methods ensure highly effective and high-quality production.
